Bernard Flobert is Partner of Emerton Leadership. He has a dual Management Consulting (including McKinsey as an Associate Partner and KPMG Restructuring as a Managing Director) and CEO experience.
His 15 years of Management Consulting have been complemented by Executive Strategy positions such as Group Strategy EVP for LVMH and Group Marketing & Services EVP for Carrefour.
He has a deep expertise of transformation, strategy, performance improvement in a variety of sectors.
In addition, Bernard has a 20-year record, with a proven impact, in CEO positions and interim missions.
He has a particular interest in challenging operational change situations where time matters with a significant external and internal pressure: transformation, turnaround, restructuring, M&A, market entry, innovation.
He has been involved in a variety of business environments: large groups, small/mid-caps, family-owned businesses, Private Equity.
Bernard holds a master’s degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris.
