Gilles Debry is Partner of Emerton Leadership. Before joining Emerton Leadership, Gilles was Partner for 5 years at EIM, and built a strong experience of interim management assignments on C-Suite functions in various sectors.
Previously he had commercial and management responsibilities at international groups (General Electric, Valeo). He was President of Mitsubishi Electric in France, and Vice-President of Mitsubishi Electric Europe.
Gilles started his career in industry at GE and in strategy consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton (in Chicago and New York) and OC&C (in the UK and France) as Principal.
Gilles holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris in France and and a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
