Executive Interim in Morocco
🇲🇦 Morocco has become one of North Africa’s most dynamic economies, with 93,517 new businesses created in 2023 according to the national industrial property office (OMPIC).
At the same time, more than 14,200 companies faced failures in 2023, illustrating both entrepreneurial dynamism and structural fragilities. Morocco’s ranking in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s National Entrepreneurial Context Index has improved to 30th out of 49 economies, reflecting progress in the business environment.
Against this backdrop, executive interim management in Morocco is particularly relevant for industrial zones (automotive, aerospace, textiles), offshoring and BPO, digital services, renewable energy and logistics.
Interim executives are used to launch new subsidiaries, stabilise rapid growth, professionalise governance and manage complex public-private projects.
