Accelerated Recruitment

We provide fast-track recruitment to fill a permanent position quickly.

The accelerated recruitment proposed by Emerton Leadership consists, after the establishment of detailed specifications conducted with the client, in identifying, qualifying and presenting, within 3 to 4 weeks, quickly available candidates who meet the key criteria of the permanent position.

This research is carried out both in our pool of experienced leaders and in our national and international networks.

Of course, beyond the signing of an offer or employment contract, Emerton Leadership’s mission continues with the monitoring of integration into the position. In most cases, companies cannot take the risk of leaving key positions without a permanent manager.

Transition management is of course a very effective waiting solution to define, initiate and implement transformations in the absence of such a holder.

However, in many cases, the context is such that it is imperative to find candidates urgently and to fill these positions. The usual delays in traditional hunting and executive recruitment processes may then be difficult to accept.

Project Managers

We provide select experienced Project Managers. Former high-end consulting managers and Interim managers are well suited to project management due to the temporary and specific nature of the project(s).

However, the nature of projects varies greatly, which has an impact on the person to be selected. Here are a few examples of project management, among others, in which Emerton Leadership partners have been involved:

  • Development of a new agile information system
  • Reorganization of a supply chain
  • Relocation of a factory
  • Management of an innovation project
  • Coordination of a digital transformation plan
  • Integration plan for a new acquisition, a particularly difficult exercise with high stakes...

The skills and qualities required depend largely on the nature of the project and must be clearly defined in advance with the project or program sponsor.

At Emerton Leadership, we select project managers and bring on demand senior talent solutions from our pool of professionals and experts

We place particular emphasis on skills and experience in three areas:

  1. Governance Framework within which the project operates, including responsibilities, decision-making mechanisms, and time and budget constraints
  2. Risk Management: knowing how to assess and anticipate risks, inform others, and put countermeasures in place
  3. Change Management: knowing how to work with conviction, engage teams, and get them to accept organizational changes.
