Site Director — Performance turnaround
Main mission
Lead the operational transformation of the ite to restore industrial performance, improve profitability, ensure quality,and guarantee business continuity within contractual deadlines.
Key responsibilities
• Define and lead the turnaround plan, prioritizing quick wins.
• Bring production and maintenance up to standard to improve OEE/TRG.
• Reduce unit costs and stabilize factory margins.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Mobilize teams, lead reorganization and training initiatives.
Key deliverables
• Quantified turnaround plan and action schedule.
• Weekly KPI dashboard.
• HR plan (target organizational chart, training, retention).
• Governance reports for management and clients.
Required functional profile (criteria to be weighted on a case-by-case basis)
A manager with 15+ years of industrial management experience and solid experience in turnaround or transformation will be required. He or she must be proficient in Lean methods, TPM, production management, industrial maintenance, safety, and quality. He or she must be capable of managing budgets, P&L, and cost reduction plans.
This individual must be a leader with proven ability to mobilize and coach teams and lead reorganizations. He or she must be able to solve complex problems and make quick decisions under pressure. Depending on the case, the profile may be a Site Director, Industrial Director, or CEO.
