Claire is Chief People Officer at Emerton group. Claire has a background in Business and Labour law. After years of practice on different continents, she stepped into Talent management by developing international programmes for a university, attracting high-level academics and professionals.

Passionate about people and building teams she then became an Executive Search headhunter within the Life Sciences industry.

Claire supports the firm’s international growth and develops both the talent acquisition and talent management strategies of its manifold entities.

Claire is native French, bilingual in English and fluent in Italian.
