Philippe Paban is Partner at Emerton Leadership. Before joining Emerton Leadership, Philippe was Partner for 4 years at RED ON DEMAND, built a strong experience of executive interim management assignments and performed himself interim assignments in Digital & IT.

Philippe had previous executive leadership positions as CIO of large international firms (Renault, SEB, Thomson/Technicolor, Astra Zeneca) and Business Units managing director positions in IT services companies France and Europe (Atos, Eviden).

Philippe holds an Engineering degree from ENSIMAG (Computer Science) in France and and a Master of Science from UCLA.
