Gilles Debry is a Partner at Emerton Leadership. Before joining Emerton Leadership, Gilles worked for 5 years at EIM, and built a strong experience of interim management and accelerated recruitment assignments for C-Suite profiles in the industrial and service sectors.

Gilles started his career in the sales of CAD/CAM systems across Europe at General Electric and worked for 10 years in strategy consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton in the USA and Canada, and later at OC&C in the UK and France.

He was subsequently Marketing Director for Valeo in the automotive parts aftermarket for 6 years, and then 13 years as President of Mitsubishi Electric France and Vice-President for business development in Europe.

Gilles holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris and a MBA from MIT.
